Schools
The NT Government Department of Education and Training is working to ensure all government schools are open tomorrow Monday 24 November.
Where there is no power or the school has significant damage, it will not be open until the school is safe. Schools will contact families directly.
The department is currently contacting early child services and non-government schools to determine the status of their operations tomorrow.
Hospitals
The Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospitals remain operational, as do the medical centres on the Tiwi Islands.
We need time to complete assessments and make repairs.
Routine visitors will be welcomed back once facilities are confirmed safe.
Traffic signals
A number of traffic lights remain impacted across the network.
Please treat any intersection with no working traffic light like a roundabout - give way to your right.
Don’t rush, slow down, look carefully in all directions and proceed only when safe. Expect delays and drive with caution.
We are working to restore all traffic lights as soon as possible.

The Archer Waste Management facility will open to the public on Tuesday 25 November.
You can drop off green waste only at the Hidden Valley Raceway carpark from 1pm Monday 24 November.
