Ex Tropical Cyclone Esther - February 2020

Ex Tropical cyclone Esther has brought widespread rainfall to many parts of the southern Northern Territory.
A final flood watch is current for the Tanami Desert, Barkly and Georgina River, with flooding easing over the weekend.
Many roads in the flood watch area are expected to remain impassable with some communities and homesteads isolated until conditions improve.
It is recommended that motorists review travel plans until conditions improve, as restrictions are likely to be in place for several days.
